Our working hours are from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time varies by destination port: 2 to 4 weeks for sea freight and 2 to 6 days for air freight.
What should we do if your products do not function properly?
Please provide us with a detailed report. We will analyze the issue, and if it’s due to our fault and cannot be resolved, we will offer a replacement.
How do you package your products?
We package products according to your requirements, using vacuum bags, barrels, cartons, bottles, or other containers.
What shipping methods do you offer for your products?
We can deliver our products worldwide via any shipping method, including air freight, courier, and sea freight.
