Formulation Suggestions

Recommended dosage: 2.0% - 10.0% (as supplied, for BTMS-25 or BTMS-50).

As a complete self-emulsifying wax, BTMS simplifies production. Add the flakes or pastilles to your heated oil phase (75-85°C) and stir until fully melted. Heat your water phase separately to the same temperature. Once uniform, slowly add the water to the oil/wax phase with consistent mixing to form a thick, stable cream. It does not typically require a co-emulsifier or additional stabilizer, streamlining your formulation process.
