Do not accept a different palmitoyl tripeptide under this name.
What “skin benefits” are deciding
Searches for palmitoyl tripeptide-5 skin benefits are placement questions. DSM’s Syn-Coll account describes a collagen-signal story (TGF-β pathway language and MMP-related wording in supplier literature). That is a supplier account of the commercial solution. It is not a promise that every finished cream will erase wrinkles, and it does not apply to a powder until the COA shows this INCI and this sequence.
Do not brief it for injection. The cosmetic use is topical.
Solution percent and powder percent
Syn-Coll is Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 in glycerin and water. DSM’s formulation guideline recommends about 1–3% of that solution. A DSM comparison equates 2.5% of Syn-Coll with about 25 ppm of the peptide. Those numerals belong to the solution.
